Learn practical self-defence skills that truly work, build full-body strength, improve balance and awareness, and train alongside a diverse group of like-minded women. Whether you're 18 or 70, a complete beginner or already active, this class will help you feel safer, fitter, and more in control of your personal wellbeing.

 

With clear instruction, real-world techniques, and a welcoming atmosphere, you’ll leave every session stronger in body and mind.

Class Structure

Grounding & Breathwork

We begin with simple breathwork and gentle mobility to calm the mind, reduce stress and help you feel connected, focused and ready to move.

Functional Warm-Up with Music 

A light, joint-friendly warm-up to high energy music designed to prepare the body for strength and self-defence.
Movements include controlled mobility, marching, squats and shoulder work.


Core Strength & Functional Movement

Build strength that supports everyday life through accessible exercises with high energy music to keep you going! 

 

Practical Self-Defence

Learn simple, effective, real-world techniques that anyone can use


Cool Down, Grounding & Mindfulness

End the session feeling centred and empowered with:

Gentle stretching

Mindful breathing

Guided grounding

A calm reset before returning to daily life
