SEMETE: Step forward from zenkutsu dachi,chudan oi tsuki.

UKETE: Block attack with kake uki using the back of the hand in neko ashi dachi. In one continuous movement ,(if required for distance), grab the punching arm and pull the arm towards the body and strike with haito uchi to the ushiro denko.

BUNKAI #1 (CLICK FOR GLOSSARY)

SEMETE: Step forward from zenkutsu dachi, attack gedan mai geri.

UKETE: Step back into zenkutsu dachi, block open handed to deflect the geri. 

SEMETE: Grab UKETE wrist - the arm that defended - with the forward hand (same side as the geri). 

UKETE: Move forward diagonally to SEMETE's side, forming a fist with the grabbed hand - at the same time grip the fist with the other hand , turn the wrist outward and bring it tight against the side. Pull the fist to the side, sharply across the body, and snap the wrist freeing the hand in haeko dachi. 

SEMETE: Attack with chudan oi tsuki

UKETE: Step back into shico dachi , with osae uke followed by araken uchi with the other arm.

SEMETE: Step forward from zenkutsu dachi, attack chudan oi- tsuki.

UKETE: Step back into zenkutsu dachi chudan kake uki.

SEMETE: Chudan gyaku zuki with the other arm.

UKETE: Chudan uke with the other arm, quickly followed by morote shotei zuki or morote nukite and push the attacker with shotei zuki.

SEMETE: Step forward from zenkutsu dachi,chudan tsuki.

UKETE: Move body to the side and in one flowing movement , deflect the punch with the forearm, swing arm round rapidly (like a whip) and counter with tettsui uchi to the head. Grasp the attackers hair / gi and pull head down simultaneously attacking the face with age tsuki.

SEMETE: Step forward from zenkutsu dachi, attack chudan tsuki.

UKETE: Step back into haeko sanchin dachi sukui uke catching the attackers elbow.

SEMETE: Gedan mae geri with the opposite side to the punch.

UKETE: Gedan harai uke and catch the attackers leg. Follow with hiza geri 

SEMETE: Pull back leg to avoid hiza geri 

UKETE: Gedan mae geri.

SEMETE: Step forward from zenkutsu dachi,drop forward for leg attack.

UKETE: Morote gedan uchi to the ears . If the attacker already has hold of the leg , grip ears and twist head (carefully) . Finish by placing thumbs on the eyes (CAUTION REQUIRED).
