Breathing, posture, stretching (seated or standing).

Slow stances from karate adapted for mobility — focusing on roots and grounding.


   3.    Confidence in Space

Awareness exercises (how to stay steady, avoid falls, maintain safe distance).

   4.    Practical Calm

Basic hand movements and posture for confidence — not combat, but assertive movement.


   5.    Cool Down

Deep breathing, gentle mindfulness, and gratitude.
