WHAT PEOPLE SAY

“Loved it – practical and energising. I left feeling capable and empowered”

It felt inclusive and thoughtful. For someone who’s never engaged in any form of self defence class, Johnny made me feel comfortable.

I also LOVED the playlist 🎵

I loved the Strength Defence class.

John explained the defence techniques clearly and made sure everyone felt confident and safe practising them. It was a great full-body workout, and I left feeling strong, energised, and excited to learn more.

I was unsure what to expect from this course but was so glad I took the leap of faith to join as a lady 59 years young!!. Sensei John made me feel completely at ease on my first class and made the whole experience fun and is a great teacher. The class has a great combination of fitness and self defence skills and would say don't be afraid of joining you will be pleasantly surprised.

I joined the Strength Defence classes that John runs and I absolutely love them! It is a great mix of circuits to help build strength and then follows self defence techniques to give you the confidence and skills to tackle real-world situations if you ever needed to defend yourself in a bad situation. I would highly recommend these sessions to all.
