Gekisai Di Ichi & Di Ni: Hip position

Following the Mae Geri and Zenkutsu Dachi, when executing the Hiji Ate, ensure the hip is kept back. Also ensure the knee stays in the correct position for Zenkutsu Dachi. Keep the hip back while executing Uraken Uchi and Gedan Barai. When executing the Chudan Gyaku Zuki push the hip forward
